PROPOSED TOWN OF NORTH TAHOE INCORPORATION- REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)
Comprehensive Fiscal Analysis (LAFCO Project No. 2026-01)
The Placer Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified professional consulting firms to prepare a Comprehensive Fiscal Analysis (CFA) for the proposed incorporation of the Town of North Tahoe.
Pursuant to California Government Code Section 56800, LAFCO is required to prepare an independent, objective CFA for any incorporation proposal. This analysis will inform the Commission’s determinations regarding fiscal feasibility, municipal service delivery, and impacts on affected local agencies.
LAFCO is utilizing a phased approach to this project.
